Stop making Unemployed

      Demand for one time policy for Regularization for all Contractual and Outsourcing employees who have given their life's golden period working in building the reputation of workplaces like Swacch Bharat Mission. This demand is for all those who have been working since 3-15 years on Contract or Outsourcing without any job security. They always live in fear of losing job one day. Administration and Govt use them as per their desire and then throw them away without caring for their long services on a single term that they were hired for a contract period but that single reason is not sufficient to kill someone long Honesty, work, sincerity etc. This is the bad phase of all these employees working in Govt., Semi Govt Sector as their effort is equal to ZERO. It's like nurturing a baby whole your life and then you are pushed away by saying we don't care what you did. We join as young (Bachelors) hoping to build our Nation with our services, give our life's golden period for building what is asked from us, we make new memories, got married, got babies, our parents got retired on a hope that now our kids are settled and then after 3-15 years we are thrown out of service without any reason stating "Your Services are no longer required as new regular employees join" Every dream, every happy living turns into dust as floods do with houses and cities.. Empty hands we try to struggle but where to go after losing our age golden periods, no where. We turn unemployed as we signed a document which state we will not claim regularization, damn how can a sign of mine which I did many years before destroyed my whole sincerity, honesty etc after these much long service. We are always under a stress of losing job, we have families which depend on us. If a guy dies, what their family got, nothing.. No job security, tiny salary, no insurance coverage, no medical, no earned leaves still we guys are working and giving our 100% and still we are UNSECURE as there is no policy for US. We request all to come forward so that a secure policy will be made for all employees as one time measure and in future no such type of contractual and outsourcing services will exist. If these jobs need to be filled then these should be direct by regular posts. Then Ban contractual and outsourcing jobs, stop making unemployed. OR atleast secure our Life.
